Terms and Conditions

By using Sareeka.com, the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given here under and/or elsewhere in the site.

In order to use the Sareeka.com, the user have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

1) The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections.

2) Sareeka.com acts only as a facilitator to facilitate transactions between user and vendors through Sareeka.com. We are not responsible for any loses, expenses, quality of products or services, damages and / or taxes incurred by users in the use of facility.

3) Sareeka will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on Sareeka.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.

4) All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

5) The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Sareeka.

6) Request for cancellations of orders once placed on Sareeka.com shall not be entertained.

7) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

8) If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Sareeka for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

9) The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Sareeka.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Sareeka.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of Sareeka.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

10) Sareeka.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

11) Sareeka.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers / shops etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.

12) The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

13) Sareeka.com shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days, once the order is delivered.

14) If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email: Sareeka.com and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

15) If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then Sareeka.com is not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of customer.

16) Jewelry, Sandals and other Accessories wear by models in photographs are for display purposes only.

17) All bollywood products images are just for referance only, actual product color, fabrics and designs may vary from original picture.

 

Refund and Return Policy

Quality products that are priced at an honest value and backed by the best customer service possible. Our customers will remain our focus in the future. We will take care of each customer, one at a time, each time we hear from him or her. After all everything is about… Emotions and Expressions...
 
We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
 
 
Return Terms and Conditions:
 
Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits,  Stitched Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse.
 
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
 
We will issue 70% refund of  un stitched product price. ( 30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.)
 
We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost,  taxes, if applicable.
 
In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund Sareeka.com will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.
 
Customer have to bare the shipping cost while returning the unstitched  or stitched products in any case. Sareeka.com will not bare any kind return shipping cost.
 
Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. 
 
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer's account about 4 to 5 working days. We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment
 
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized  products.
 
Return requests regarding strains or damage faults need to be filed within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery. In these cases you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product.
 
We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs.

Color and Description Discrepancy
 
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Sareeka.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
 
Embellishment related Issues
 
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
 
Shipping Policies
 
We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents USPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DTDC, SpeedPost etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. 

No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where 5 day work culture. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis, if possible.

further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Calculating shipping cost

Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional item. Fair & transparent shipping rates.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams. 

International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order: the larger you order, the lower the rate.

Free shipping to any address in India.

Shipping gifts to India

We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers with family and friends back home. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Transit times

We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services like USPS, DHL, TNT, DTDC, SpeedPost etc and they deliver within 48-72 hours across USA, Europe and all Major cities of Middle and Far East.

If you are looking for alternate shipping options, then cheaper and slower shipping options can be suggested. On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large. please write on support@sareeka.com for more details.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Please note that all the products will be shipped from India.

Transit Risk

Sareeka.com will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency. 

Shipment and tracking details : 

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. you may also check the same on our order status page.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. 

Address change requests : 

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to support@sareeka.com and the needful will be done.

Multiple address order - Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not sareeka.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. 

Packing method

All products are first polythene packed then put in corrugated box. All orders are shipped by Ist class air courier services and home delivered within approximately 3-7 working days after dispatch of the shipment. 

Time to Ship

For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative & approx values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order. 

What if any Delays

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts . In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order. 

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. 

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis. 

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. 

What happens if my order is lost in transit ? 

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
